Of course! we all want an extra income on top of the monthly salary we are receiving. On this post, let me share with you a small opportunity to earn extra. Bangkok Pills Diary

As promise, I want to give an update regarding my experience in taking the Bangkok pills. However, after my 3rd day of taking it, I decided not to continue anymore because the side effects was so inconvenient for me especially the excessive bowel movement in a day. Anyhow, the weight lose with this pills is very promising, I think the average weight lost would be 1kg in 2-3 day. Had I continue with it religiously for 28 days, I might really lose my desire 10kg off my current weight. I shall resume taking the pills on my leave.

My Bangkok Pills Diary - Day 1 and 2

Yesterday, April 7, 2018, Saturday, I started taking the bangkok pills I purchased online. I know its not considered safe just like any other slimming pills in the market. There is no magic capsule to make us slim in an instant, and if there was its more likely unsafe. So why I opted the desperate move? Yes, I'm already desperate to shed the extra pounds I have.

I know it looks so illegal, but yeah, they'll send it to you in that packaging..

Just a little background, I am a health professional so, as expected I also did my own research about the famous bangkok pills, its content, contraindication and its possible side effects. When I decided to purchase and take these pills, I have one condition for my self: If at any point I'll feel great deal of discomfort.. STOP! -- I'm no newbie in slimming pills, I've tried a number of different brands already. So I basically know what are the common side effects that I should be expecting.


My weight before starting the pills: 70kg or 155lbs


I woke at around 5:00PM (I worked at night, so this is technically my morning/breakfast), I was instructed to take 1 blue capsule, 1 pink tab at 2 of the purple ones 30 minutes before breakfast or your first meal of the day. The blue capsules are supposed to be the appetite suppresant, the pink tablets are the diuretics (they make you pee a lot) and the purple tablets are the vitamins.


What did I felt after the first dose? Thirsty, urge to take more water, I pee a lot, I have a little appetite to eat, I felt generally weak and tired.


At 4:00AM (my sleeping time) I took 2 mustard/orange tablets - these are laxative, these will make you poop in the morning; 2 green tablets which the seller said to be a relaxant and 1 yellow tab to make you sleep.What did I felt after the first evening dose? I fell a sleep right away so the yellow tab must be really effective. But I was awaken by a strong urge to poop at 10:00AM, it was a loose stool.


April 8, 2018 (Sunday) - Day 2
Current weight: 69kg or 152lbs (wow!)


Took the same tablets 30 minutes before I ate. I felt the same, very little appetite but I know its important to eat on time or on small frequent amount because I still felt tired. I also have this feeling that I'm like floating, I don't know if this is something alarming so I reached out to the seller and she said that what I mentioned was an expected side effects that should be gone on my 3rd or 4th day on pills. So, I went on with my day. Went to church for the mass, went to  SM to buy something and had my dinner at McDonalds. I did not felt any unexpected discomfort aside from the strong urge to poop, like if I am on a bus when this happens, I don't even know how long can I hold it. Its really annoying and embarassing.
